The JCR notes that...
I. Currently, there is fairly low attendance at JCR meetings, which is understandable given people are so busy.
II. As a consequence of low attendance, there are quite few people (around a dozen) voting on motions.
III. Motions are a core part of how we allocate funding, take stances that reflect the whole student body, and change issues that affect us all.
IV. Therefore, everyone should be able to easily vote on these motions, so that we are sure that the JCR’s actions accurately represent its constituents.
V. Many other JCRs, like those of Trinity and New, have online voting systems.

I. We institute an anonymous online voting system for motions, as well as elections.
II. As long as the system is anonymous and allows for online voting, the details may change, however an anonymous google form that requires SSO sign in makes sense, and other college JCRs could be consulted on how to make this work.
