The JCR notes that...

I. The newly constructed buildings of Water Court East and West currently lack anywhere for members of the common room to publicly display college- or university-wide opportunities, events or societies that the rest of the student body may find useful, enjoyable or informative.

II. That the Staverton Road Annexe's considerable distance on foot from the college on the High St means that the pin-boards present in the hallway in front of the Hall and in the JCR are of limited usefulness to the Second and Fourth years currently living out at the Annexe.

III. That a significant number of University College students are engaged in activities ranging from the dramatic to the musical, literary and discursive, along with many recreational and sporting societies, that may appeal to other members of the student body if advertised.

The JCR believes that...

I. It would be valuable to the wellbeing of all residents of Staverton Road if more information were publicly available throughout the site, not solely in to the Water Court buildings, but also in Greenwood, Bennet, Skirlaw, Percy and and Redcliffe Maude.

II. That the most time and cost-effective way of doing this so is the installation of notice-boards in accessible, visible areas of those buildings currently lacking them as deemed practical and safe by the Works team, e.g. at staircase landings, so that the student body of Stavertonia may use them.
