James Backhouse

Hi guys! I’m James (he/him), a second year PPE student from Kent. Congrats on coming univ - you’re about to begin some of the best years of your life. As fresher’s rep, my responsibility will be making sure your time at uni gets off to a smooth start. I’ll be available on the fresher’s group chat to answer any and all questions you might have about univ, studying at Oxford, and uni life in general.
During fresher’s week, we’re going to arrange all sorts of fun activities - think scavenger hunts, challenges, socials and tournaments. Personally, this is where I made loads of the friends that have made my first year so much fun, so get involved in everything!!
